i used a combination technique of both paint and paper to create (this is the best part..) comparatively cheaper, but still unique and definitely one-of-a-kind necklaces.
basically here's the price breakdown-
decoupage/decoupage : $15
decoupage/paint : $20
paint/paint: $30-$45
Also I've expanded into wooden earrings :)
